A SPECIAL MESSAGE CONCERNING ORDERS DURING COVID-19
All orders placed from March-May were received during the COVID-19 closure. We are working diligently to ship all orders as soon as possible.
During this time please note that all orders will generally be shipped out within 3-7 business days. Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.

Currently, we are only able to ship items within the United States.
When you place an order, orders are generally shipped out within 2-4 business days via USPS or FEDEX depending on the weight and destination of the package. During the Holiday Seasons orders are generally shipped out within 3-5 business days via USPS or FEDEX depending on the weight and destination of the package. Once your order has shipped please allow 7 to 10 business days for arrival. Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.
All expedited orders MUST be placed over the phone. You may choose from FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2nd Day Express shipping and will be charged the shipping fee.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Keystone Sporting Arms product that was purchased from us, you may contact us within 30 days after receiving your purchase for a return authorization. All returns must include a note clearly stating your name, address, phone number, invoice number & reason for the return.
Keystone Sporting Arms guarantees your product to be free from defects. If for some reason you find your purchase to be defective you may return it for an exchange or choose to be credited at the discretion of Keystone Sporting Arms. Upon inspection non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on items of $15.00 or more. The customer is responsible for shipping (to and from) Keystone Sporting Arms.
Please note that we currently do not sell any of our products on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.com, etc. The items listed on these sites are listed by individuals or other dealers. If you purchase any of our products from sites like these and receive a product that is defective, missing parts, etc. you will have contact them to assist you.
The only place we offer our products directly is our website or by phone. When an item is purchased directly from us, we are better able to assist you in several matters, including missing parts or defective items.
